Welcome to the PERC Faculty Exchange, a virtual bureau of educational consultants in clinical prevention and population health. The Faculty Exchange is designed to facilitate sharing of intellectual knowledge and skills outside of the teaching materials found in PERC. Educators submit information about their teaching and public health topic areas of expertise, as a way to help meet the instructional design needs of other educators.
To be added to the Faculty Exchange database, you must complete a submission form. This form will ask you for your current professional and contact information, areas of expertise, preferred methods of consultancy, times of year available, and any payment required for your time. By completing the form, you are not guaranteeing your availability or willingness to complete a consultancy; but you are agreeing to be contacted about a potential match, after which you will determine the conditions of participation. To be listed in the Faculty Exchange, you do not need to be an established consultant. You just need to be motivated to help other educators. Consultancies can be as simple as a phone conversation or series of emails; you decide how involved they become.
