Teaching Materials within PERC

Each of the teaching materials in the PERC repository is licensed for free use, reproduction, and modification by registered users of PERC according to the terms of the Creative Commons license associated with that material. To request additional uses for any material in PERC, outside the bounds of the Creative Commons license, please contact the copyright holder(s) of the material directly. Ownership of the resource remains with the copyright holder(s).

We respect your right to privacy. Any and all information collected at this site will be kept confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned, or otherwise disclosed. Any information you provide through the Prevention Education Resource Center (PERC) will not be used in ways to which you have not consented. Please refer to the APTR Privacy Protection Statement.

Governing Law and Venue

This Agreement shall be interpreted, construed and governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, USA. Users of this Site agree that any and all disputes arising from the use of this Site shall be settled by binding arbitration. Notwithstanding the foregoing, however, APTR shall have the right to commence and prosecute any legal or equitable action or proceeding before any non-US court of competent jurisdiction to obtain injunctive or other relief in the event that, in the sole discretion of APTR, such action is necessary or desirable beyond that relief immediately afforded through an arbitration proceeding.

No Waiver, Severability

No action of APTR, other than an express written waiver or amendment, may be construed as a waiver or amendment of any of these Terms. If any clause in these Terms is found to be unenforceable, wherever possible, this will not affect any other clause and each will remain in full force and effect. We reserve the right to change these Terms, the Content displayed on this Site, and any information without prior notice. These Terms set out the entire agreement between APTR and the User of this Site.
